Mike brings years of experience in the automotive and finance industries, with a vision to create a customer-first business model that makes finding and financing vehicles simple, transparent, and enjoyable. His leadership focuses on innovation, building strong partnerships, and ensuring clients receive a premium service at every stage of their journey.

Outside of work, Mike has a wide range of interests that keep him motivated and balanced. He enjoys listening to music, exercise, Thai boxing, reading, and long walks. His dream car is the Aston Martin DBS Superleggera in Frozen Matt Grey, while his favourite car he has owned is his BMW M2. When it comes to food, nothing beats a perfectly cooked fillet steak. Mike is also a fan of epic, historical films, with Gladiator topping his list, and he loves travelling to Mexico for its culture and vibrancy. His philosophy in life is rooted in discipline: Never stop learning, never give up. Regret nothing, reflect, and progress.

Nicola Kirby

Head of Finance

With a sharp eye for detail and extensive financial expertise, Nicola oversees all aspects of company finance. She ensures that our clients benefit from the best possible rates, structures, and solutions tailored to their needs, while also maintaining the financial strength and stability of Find and Finance.

Outside of work, Nicola enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, and shopping. Her dream car would be a sleek black BMW X5 M, while her favourite car she has owned was a BMW M140i. A big fan of Italian cuisine, Nicola also has a soft spot for Disney films - too many favourites to choose just one. When it comes to holidays, Mexico is her go-to destination for sun, culture, and relaxation.

Mike Trueman

Head of Operations

Mike is the driving force behind the smooth running of our operations. From logistics to process optimisation, he ensures every client experience is seamless. His dedication means vehicles are sourced, inspected, and delivered with efficiency and precision, maintaining our high standards of service.

Outside of work, Mike enjoys fishing, tennis, gaming, and socialising with friends and family. His dream car is a 1970 Dodge Charger RT, a true classic muscle car. Among the cars he’s experienced, his favourite owned vehicle was his Audi TTS, while the most exciting car he has driven was a Nissan GTR. A fan of Italian cuisine and the movie Pulp Fiction, Mike also loves to travel, favouring Cala d’Or in Majorca for relaxing holidays and Rome for city breaks.

Sunny Bhamra

Operations Manager

Sunny plays a vital role in coordinating vehicle inspections, deliveries, and customer aftercare. Known for his attention to detail and approachable manner, Sunny ensures every car meets the highest quality standards before it reaches our clients, while also supporting them with ongoing vehicle health checks and advice.

Away from operations, Sunny enjoys meeting family and friends, attending car meet-ups, and DIY projects. His dream cars include an Audi RS7 Performance in Tango Red and the ultimate hypercar, a Koenigsegg Gemera. His favourite car driven is the Jaguar F-Type P550, which he describes as unforgettable. Sunny loves Chinese cuisine, enjoys British gangster films like Essex Boys, and dreams of escaping to the turquoise waters of Bora Bora for the perfect holiday.

Arun Singh

Head of Marketing

Arun leads our marketing strategy, ensuring the Find and Finance brand reaches and resonates with clients nationwide. With a strong background in sales and digital marketing and campaign marketing, he focuses on creating engaging content, clear communication, and initiatives that strengthen customer relationships and drive business growth.

Beyond the world of marketing, Arun is a true car enthusiast. His dream car is a Bugatti Chiron in matte black, and one of the favourites he has owned is a Lamborghini Urus. A big foodie, Arun enjoys exploring all types of cuisine -apart from Vietnamese -and counts himself as someone who loves both fine dining and casual eats. His taste in films is wide-ranging, from suspense thrillers to comedies and romcoms, with The Wolf of Wall Street standing out as his all-time favourite. For holidays, the Maldives and Seychelles top the list, offering the perfect mix of relaxation and luxury.

Aaron Firth

Head of Commercial Sales

Aaron specialises in helping businesses source and finance commercial vehicles that fit their needs perfectly. With deep knowledge of the commercial market, he ensures clients get vehicles that boost efficiency, reliability, and value. Aaron’s goal is to make vehicle acquisition hassle-free for business owners and fleet managers alike.

Outside of work, Aaron has a broad appreciation for cars, from the fun of driving his MX-5 to the practicality of his Volvo 4x4. He’s also a big rugby fan and enjoys playing as well as coaching a team, which keeps him connected to the sport and the community. In his downtime, Aaron can often be found watching romantic movies or enjoying a good steak. His favourite trips have been to the Far East, where he loves exploring the food scene and embracing the relaxed, affordable lifestyle compared to the West.

Paul Blanshard

Head of Consumer and Prestige Sales

Paul heads up our consumer and prestige sales division, combining market expertise with a passion for delivering luxury experiences. With over 20 years in the motor trade, Paul has worked with brands such as BMW, Jaguar, Honda, and an independent Sport and Prestige dealer, holding roles ranging from Sales Executive to Sales Director. His extensive knowledge ensures clients receive a personalised service that matches them with the right car and finance option for their lifestyle.

Outside of work, Paul is a keen golfer and enjoys cooking -a passion that once led him to own three restaurants. He also loves walking his Bernedoodle, Luna. His dream car would be a Porsche 911 Turbo in Chalk Gray, though his favourite car owned was an Aston Martin DBS. A true foodie, he has a particular love for good traditional Scottish seafood. When it comes to films, Bond classics top the list, while Sri Lanka is his favourite holiday destination.

Ellison Holt

Systems Manager

Ellison manages the systems and technology that keep Find and Finance running smoothly. From data security to workflow optimisation, he ensures the team has the tools needed to deliver a first-class service. His focus on innovation helps us stay efficient and responsive to client needs.

When not working, Ellison can often be found in the gym or gaming. His dream car is a Nissan GTR Nismo in striking black. He fondly remembers his first car, affectionately named “Brenda the Blue Bullet” (a Ford Fiesta), and it still holds a place as a favourite. A lover of ramen and Shaun of the Dead, Ellison’s ideal holiday destination is Florida, combining sunshine and adventure.
